Program Philosophy

Aces Mission Statement

Aces Girls Lacrosse was created to provide competitive young athletes the opportunity to grow as players and as people. Our goal is to be the most competitive, top nationally ranked club with the best culture where every student-athlete, family and coach are proud to wear Aces red and blue.

Our mission is to help our players enhance a set of skills and values that will lead to success on the field and in life. Our players are driven, hard-working, dedicated and committed to being the best they can be.

Our Philosophy

We create limitless potential for your student-athlete - from early developmental years to her competitive youth play and college preparation/recruiting journey.

Every practice is a time to work on individual skills, team plays, game day preparation, on-field chemistry, and bond with teammates.

Playing time is earned every practice through hard work, hustle, attitude, and understanding of team concepts.  Your coaches are committed to every player's individual growth and the advancement of the whole team.

Our Players

Our players are competitive, hard-working, and dedicated.   Our Aces girls are not only committed to being the best they can be, but also challenging their teammates to bring their game to the next level.
