Brent Rothfuss, Recruiting Director

Brent is the primary point of contact for college coaches. Beginning early sophomore year, Brent meets with each player 1:1 to align skills and talent with the list of schools the player is interested in. All player inquiries can be directed to Brent.

Erica Capozzi, Aces Director

Erica focuses on educating the student-athletes on the college recruiting process. This kicks off freshman year. Our recruiting program includes building a list of schools, deciphering the NCAA College Recruiting calendars, best practices communicating with college coaches, creating highlight reels, player brand, understanding the prospect camp landscape, and identifying the best showcase/prospect experiences tailored to each players' collegiate goals.

Recruiting Platform - IWLCA Recruits

We provide the players, beginning summer of their rising freshman year a SportsRecruits IWLCARecruits membership. This is included in the Aces program fees.

IWLCARecruits is a platform whereby student-athletes have one-stop shop access to over 1,200 collegiate women's lacrosse coaches, and a single place for all coach/player communications.

Film from tournaments is automatically uploaded to the platform and included in the membership.
