We change the game.

We’re a competitive NY girls’ lacrosse club attracting girls from Western, Central and Upstate with an emphasis on the whole student-athlete.

Our seasons incorporate more than lacrosse. Players drive impact on the field and off the field through leadership development, community outreach, and volunteerism.

Off-Season

Our off-season brings together high-speed box training, functional performance training, and full field drills, positioning, and game day play.

In-Season

We’re refining our game, and preparing for tournament play in competitive, prominent tournaments across the Eastern US.

All-Year

Throughout the year, we integrate Play Days, Interleague, Prospect Showcases and Recruiting Camps, and specialized clinics led by top ranked Women’s Lacrosse US Pros.
