Ignite transformational change that brings diversity, equity, and inclusion to youth and high school lacrosse through clinics, competitive play and programmatic services for our underrepresented communities in need. Make athletic and program opportunities attainable for all– from the new player to those dedicated to the highest level of the game.
Our Why
The landscape of scholastic sports and in-person academics continues to change. The social and emotional well-being of our youth are being compromised. We refuse to stand by and let the social/emotional benefits of physical activity, and the camaraderie sports provide be placed on the sideline.
We are actively changing that.
Our How
We are partnering with outstanding local and national organizations to bring lacrosse, academic, sports performance, and mental health clinics and services to underrepresented communities. Our Scholarship and Financial Assistance Funds - grown through individual and corporate donations - makes it possible to make these services available to all, regardless of economic means.
Our Who
Volunteers, player and student ambassadors, and community members fuel our ability to impact. We have ambassador, outreach, coaching, and program development opportunities for middle schoolers and high schoolers, collegiate students, coaches, and parents who are ready to join us. Aces Beyond the Field coaches, program ambassadors and volunteers outreach into the urban, suburban, rural and native communities across New York State to teach and grow the sport of lacrosse for girls Kindergarten and up, drive a sense of community, and bring girls together to form lifelong friendships.
